Goods ordered from the KLAPP Cosmetics online shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods without stating the reason. KLAPP Cosmetics GmbH will bear the costs of your return shipment if you request a free return label in accordance with the instructions below. We ask for your understanding that return costs for returns that you have previously ordered at your own expense cannot be refunded.

This is how returns work:
1. Report the return and request a return label
Return with customer account
- Log in to the KLAPP Cosmetics Online Shop with your access data and call up the customer area "My account".
- Go to the order overview "Orders
- Select the order concerned and click on "Detail" (it must be an order with the status "Order shipped" or "Dispatched"))
- Select the items you want to return
- In the overview of the order you have selected, you will find the button "Request return slip". Then follow the further instructions.
Return as a guest
- For a return as a guest, please contact us via the contact form, as you cannot initiate the return process yourself without a customer account.
2. Packing and attaching the returns label
Pack the items to be returned securely and undamaged and attach the printed returns label.
3. Wait for the refund
After receipt and successful inspection of the items, you will be refunded the outstanding amount. This process may take a few days.
